又到银杏落黄时，片片金黄编织成衣，为广袤蜀地披上御冬的外套。入夜的柳江古镇淅淅沥沥下起小雨，被雨水打落的银杏树叶将青石板路“漂染”一新，小溪里的灯火倒影被雨滴剪碎，顺水而下。细雨朦胧中的古镇，如此的安静恬淡，仿佛时间都已凝固，突然，一阵喝彩打破了雨夜的静谧。曾家大院的戏台上，一出好戏拉开大幕，刚柔并济的太极，瑰丽多姿的川剧；戏台下，观众屏气凝神、目不转睛，又不时鼓掌叫好，再细看，这是一群来自异国的面孔，青春靓丽。
Autumn comes and gingko leaves turn yellow again. And the vast land in Sichuan is clad with the fallen yellow leaves. At night, it began to drizzle in Liujiang, an ancient town in Meishan City, Sichuan Province. Ginkgo leaves, hit by the rain, fall on the flagstoned road, adding a new dye to it. The raindrops also disrupted the light reflection on the surface of the stream, looking like the reflection flows away with the water. The ancient town in the drizzle was so quiet and serene, as if time stands still. Suddenly, a burst of applause broke the silence at the rainy night. This is because in Zeng’s Grand Courtyard, a wonderful performance was being staged, including Tai Chi featuring both strength and gentleness and interesting Sichuan opera. The audience was absorbed in the performance, and kept applauding and shouting “Bravo”. Wow! The audience are all foreign youngsters, handsome and pretty.
2019年11月27日至30日，由四川省政府新闻办主办、国际在线承办的“外眼看魅力四川·‘一带一路’沿线国家主流媒体及青年四川行”活动启幕，来自委内瑞拉、阿联酋、波兰、尼泊尔、泰国、越南等“一带一路”沿线国家的40余名主流媒体成员和丝路青年一同走进初冬的四川，深度感受古韵与现代交织的川蜀大地魅力。
From November 27 to 30, 2019, Charming Sichuan in the Eyes of Overseas Journalists·Silk Road Journalists and Youth Tour of Sichuan, sponsored by the Information Office of the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, and organized by CRI Online, was launched. More than 40 overseas journalists and youth from the countries along the Belt and Road, such as Venezuela, the United Arab Emirates, Poland, Nepal, Thailand, Vietnam and other countries visited some cities in Sichuan in the early winter, to experience this place where traditional culture and modern development integrate.
对于这群来自异国的“小朋友”“大朋友”来说，“四川”两个字既熟悉又陌生，这个与大熊猫息息相关的地方，他们很早就知道，但对于这里的历史人文和发展，他们却又知之甚少，带着相同的期许，他们踏上了这段不同寻常的旅程。
For these foreign friends, Sichuan is a place which they feel familiar with for it is home to giant pandas, but they know very little about the history, culture and development here. With the same expectations, they embarked on this special journey.
“成都的繁华太让人吃惊了”“It’s amazing how prosperous Chengdu is.”

中国经济发展的成就全球共知，正在打造西部经济高地的四川，在中国经济版图上异常活跃，还未深度感受四川的文化魅力，交流团便率先感受到了四川经济发展的活力。“成都的繁华太让人吃惊了，走在这里的街头，有好几次我都以为自己身在北京。”惊叹之余，更让他们好奇的是四川经济活力的来源何在？带着这样的疑问，交流团走进了500强企业集聚的成都城南。
The achievements of China’s economic development are very impressive to the world. Sichuan, which is striving to build itself into an economic powerhouse in western China, is extremely active on China’s economic map. Before deeply experiencing local cultural charm, the delegation was first impressed by the vitality of Sichuan’s economic development. “It’s amazing how prosperous Chengdu is. I felt as if I was in Beijing when walking on the streets here.” Astonishment aside, what made them even more curious is the source of Sichuan’s economic vitality. With such curiosity, the delegation went to the south of Chengdu where China’s top 500 enterprises cluster.
“南美洲虽然与我们远隔重洋，却也有着诸多相同之处。中国改革开放初期，也是我们企业起步的阶段。在那个年代物资匮乏，吃肉都难，更别说其他的肉制品了。在这样的大背景下，我们集团成立，从鱼饲料做起，到后来首创网箱养鱼，从根本上改变了粗放的养殖方式，大大提高了鱼类养殖的效率。”站在通威集团位于成都城南的办公大楼里，交流团成员围成一圈，一边听一边记录这个中国500强企业的发展史。“如今，人们正在追求绿色安全健康的食品。”当听到企业已成功打造农牧产业链，为消费者提供安全、可追溯的肉制品时，来自南美的媒体代表频频点头，同时也非常好奇，如此高效的养殖方式能否在南美实现，“我也去过南美的一些国家，这些国家水资源非常丰富，网箱养鱼的方式是可以借鉴的。”企业负责人给出了肯定的答案。
“Though vast oceans keep China and South America far apart, they share many similarities. At the very beginning of China’s reform and opening up, our company was launched. In those days, it was hard to eat meat, let alone other meat products, given the shortage of supplies. Against such backdrop, our group was founded. We were a fish feed manufacturer when established, and later we initiated cage culture, which fundamentally transformed the extensive aquaculture mode and greatly improved the efficiency of fish culture.” At Tongwei Group’s office building situated in the south of Chengdu, the delegation gathered to listen to the development history of the group, one of China’s top 500 enterprises, and noted down the story. “Nowadays, consumers are pursuing greener, safer and healthier food.” When hearing that the company has successfully built the agro-pastoral industry chain to create safe and traceable meat products for consumers, media representatives from South America kept giving thumbs up. At the same time, they also wondered whether such an efficient farming method can be promoted in South America. “I have also been to some South American countries, where I found water resources are abundant, and thus these countries also stand a chance of promoting this cage culture method,” the head of the company said.
12年前，这个看似跟能源不相关的企业再一次转型，这一次，他们聚焦到了清洁能源产业——光伏产业。“中国是能源消费大国，全球能源使用都面临着转型的局面。我们认为，可再生能源中光伏发电是最具有前景的清洁能源之一。经过多年行业的发展，太阳能发电，无论是在技术、产品、发电量上，中国都是绝对的全球第一。中国能源消费非常高，清洁能源的占比增幅也很快。”企业负责人介绍道，在中国，最近几年新增的发电装机，超过一半来自太阳能发电，装机发电量在200吉瓦（1吉瓦=100万千瓦）。刚讲到这里，介绍就被来自乌拉圭的记者急切地提问打断，“乌拉圭15年前开始制定本国的能源政策，2017年开始，尝试把国内能源全部换成清洁能源，在相关政策方面，您有什么建议吗？”“能源的转型是向着低碳化、清洁化发展，而转型有两个必备条件，第一是政府高度重视；第二是成本不断降低，目前来看，这两个条件已经具备，如墨西哥，巴西、智利等已经行动起来了，全球气候大会也致力于推进这两个条件的成熟。”企业负责人仔细回答了该记者的提问。
The company, which seemed to have nothing to do with energy, realized another transformation 12 years ago. They turned to focus on clean energy industry——photovoltaic industry this time. “China is a major energy consumer, and the world is facing a transition in energy use. We believe that photovoltaic power generation is one of the most promising clean energy sources in renewable energy. After years of development, China’s solar power generation has taken the lead in terms of technology, products, and generating capacity in the world. China consumes a lot of energy, and the proportion of clean energy is also increasing rapidly.” The head of the enterprise said that in China, more than half of the new power generation installations in recent years focused on solar power, with an installed power generation capacity of 200 gigawatts (1 gigawatt equals 1 million kilowatts). Just then, the introduction was interrupted by a journalist from Uruguay, who asked: “Uruguay started to developed its own energy policy 15 years ago and has tried to replace all energy consumed at home with clean energy since 2017. Do you have any policy suggestions on in this field?” “The energy transition is a pathway towards transformation to low-carbon development and clean energy, which requires two essential conditions. First, the government attaches great importance to the cause. The second condition is costs keep declining. As yet, these two conditions have been put into place. For example, countries such as Mexico, Brazil, and Chile, and UN Climate Change Conference are also committed to facilitating these two conditions,” the enterprise head answered the question carefully.
“希望中国能把先进的技术输出到巴拿马”“I hope China can export advanced technology to Panama.”
雅康高速公路
当交流团还在回味川企给出的发展路径时，四川基建的雄壮又带着震撼而来。
When the delegation was still pondering the development path suggested by Sichuan enterprises, the massive infrastructure projects in Sichuan were presented to impress them.
作为首条从四川盆地向青藏高原快速攀升的高速公路，雅康高速公路项目建设面临地形与地质条件极其复杂、气候条件极其恶劣、生态环境极其脆弱、工程建设极其困难的严峻挑战和考验，被称为“攀登公路建设的珠峰”。在雅康高速公路建设过程中，建设者们攻克了诸多难题，创造了多个“第一”：泸定大渡河特大桥不仅是在建川藏第一大跨径钢桁梁悬索桥，也是在建世界第一长隧道式锚碇；二郎山特长隧道有13459米，是全国已通车高海拔地区高速公路隧道长度第一；雅康高速全线隧道长度达72019米，是四川省内已通车高速公路第一；桥梁钢结构用钢量达32270吨，是四川省内已通车高速公路第一……
As the first expressway extending from Sichuan Basin to Qinghai-Tibet Plateau, the construction of the Ya’an-Kangding Expressway project faced severe challenges, including complex terrain and geological conditions, extremely harsh climatic conditions, and extremely fragile ecological environment, and thus the project is called “Climbing Mount Everest in Expressway Construction”. In constructing the expressway, workers overcame many difficulties and created many unprecedented achievements. Of these, Luding Daduhe Bridge on the expressway is not only the first long-span steel truss suspension bridge in Sichuan and Tibet, but also has the world’s longest tunnel anchorage; Erlang Mountain Tunnel is 13,459 meters long, which makes it the longest expressway tunnel that have been opened to traffic in China in high-altitude areas; the length of tunnels on the expressway totals 72,019 meters and the total steel volume of the steel structures used for bridge construction weigh 32,270 tons, both ranking first among all expressways opened to traffic in Sichuan.
从大巴车上下来，一组组数据变成了绵延群山间实实在在的泸定大渡河大桥、穿山而过的二郎山特长隧道，没有多的语言来表达交流团的惊叹，只有不断按下的快门声和啧啧称奇声。
When Luding Daduhe Bridge and Erlang Mountain Tunnel crossing the mountains appeared before eyes, the delegation kept taking pictures after getting off the bus for they found such marvels are beyond words.
当听到四川交投雅康公司副总经理李万军介绍，二郎山特长隧道最大深埋1500米，穿越了13条地震断裂带，克服了瓦斯、岩溶、突水涌泥等极端地质现象时，巴拿马记者阿图罗·卡罗·卡斯蒂利亚·埃斯库德罗激动地说：“中国基础工程建设的实力已达到了世界一流水平，希望中国能把先进的技术输出到巴拿马，支持巴拿马的发展！”
When Li Wanjun, deputy general manager of Yakang company owned by Sichuan Communications Investment Group, introduced that Erlang Mountain Tunnel reaches a maximum depth of 1,500 meters, passes through 13 earthquake fault zones, and overcame extreme geological conditions such as gas, karst, water inrush and mud gushing, Arturo Carlos Castillo Escudero, a journalist from Panama, excitedly said: “China leads the world in infrastructure construction, and I hope China can export advanced technologies to Panama to back up Panama’s development!”

“一定给儿子带只熊猫回家”“I want to bring a panda souvenir home for my son.”
川剧变脸，让人惊叹
说着一口流利中文的越南通讯社驻北京站记者赵永河在交流团里格外突出，“我的脸很中国，普通话发音跟广西人也很像，我不说自己是老外，大家都分不出来”。脸型方正、个子不高的赵永河对四川的一切都感到新奇，“驻站的3年时间里，我走过很多中国的省市，但是四川，我是第一次来。”
Trieu Vinh Ha, a journalist of Vietnam News Agency in Beijing, has a square face and is not tall. He speaks Chinese very well and thus stands out in the delegation. He said: “I look like Chinese, and my Mandarin accent is very similar to that of Guangxi locals. No one can recognize I’m a foreigner, if I don’t tell them the fact.” Trieu Vinh Ha is intrigued by everything in Sichuan, saying that he has been to many cities in different provinces in China over the last three years when working in Beijing, but this was the first time that he visited Sichuan.
对于三国文化，赵永河早有了解，“中国的四大名著在越南也非常有名，而且我也看过电影《赤壁》，林志玲演的小乔。”看到川剧变脸，他更是兴奋得像个孩子，指着演员说：“我在北京也看过变脸，但这么近距离是第一次，可惜这么近，还是没看出来他是怎么变的。”
Trieu Vinh Ha has learned the culture of Three Kingdoms long ago. “The Four Great Classical Novels of Chinese Literature are also very famous in Vietnam, and I have watched the movie Red Cliff, in which Lin Chi-Ling played as Xiao Qiao.” When seeing Sichuan Opera performers change masks instantaneously, he was so excited, pointing to the performers and saying:” I have ever watched face changing performance in Beijing as well, but this is the closest I’ve ever gotten to the performers. It’s a pity that I still didn’t discover how he changed the masks within such a close distance.”
20年前，赵永河第一次来到向往已久的中国，说起对中国不解的情愫，要追溯到他的中学时期。“20世纪90年代，越南政府引进了86版《西游记》。”陪伴中国小朋友成长的国学经典在越南也广为流传，师徒四人取经的故事深深吸引了少年赵永河，“直到今天，每到暑假，越南的电视台都会播放《西游记》”。醉心于中国文化的赵永河1999年来到北京系统学习，但第一关语言关就难住了他，“中文太难了，别看我现在说得流利，开始练习的时候，怕家里人笑话，我都是偷偷关起房门练发音。”从中国研究生毕业后，赵永河回到越南，成为了一名记者，但他与中国的缘分却从未断开。
This Vietnamese journalist set his foot in China for the first time 20 years ago. His obsession with China traces back to his high school days. “In the 1990s, the Vietnamese government introduced the Journey to the West (1986 TV series).” The classic tale which influences most Chinese’s childhood also gained popularity in Vietnam. Trieu Vinh Ha, who was a little kid at time, was captivated by the story of the legendary pilgrimage of the Tang dynasty Buddhist monk Xuanzang and his three pupils in the TV series. “Until today, the Journey to the West is still broadcast in Vietnam during every summer vacation.” Fascinated by Chinese culture, he chose to study it systematically in Beijing in 1999. However, he got stuck in Chinese learning at the beginning. He said: “Leaning Chinese is so challenging. Although I can speak Chinese fluently now, at the beginning I practiced pronunciation behind closed doors for fear of being laughed at by my family.” After obtaining his master degree in China, he returned to Vietnam and became a journalist of the Vietnam News Agency, but his bond with China was never cut.
2016年，派驻北京记者站的机会落在了赵永河身上，没有丝毫犹豫，他再次踏上了中国的土地，不同的是，这一次，他带着妻儿同行。
In 2016, he was sent to Beijing branch. Without hesitation, he set foot on China again. The difference was that this time, he took his wife and children with him.
越南通讯社驻北京站记者赵永河对中国有着深厚的感情
坐在前往雅安碧峰峡的车上，赵永河异常兴奋，问起原因才知道，他这次到四川来，带着一个任务，“要给儿子带一只熊猫回去”。几年前，《功夫熊猫》风靡全球，电影里笨拙却又坚韧的熊猫阿宝成为赵永河最爱的卡通形象，当时正值大儿子出生，因此，儿子的小名便叫做“熊猫”。
When taking the bus to Ya’an Bifeng Gorge, he was so excited. He said this was because he wanted to bring a panda souvenir in Sichuan back for his son. A few years ago, Kung Fu Panda became a global hit. The title character Master Ping Xiao Po in the movie, clumsy but tough, became Trieu Vinh Ha’s favorite cartoon image. At that time, his first son was born, so he gave the nickname “Panda” to his son.
也许是这份特殊的缘分，赵永河的儿子对熊猫特别钟情，“我儿子有一只熊猫玩具，走哪儿都带着，晚上睡觉都不放开。”
Perhaps because of this special bond, his son loves pandas very much. “My son has a panda toy. He takes it with him everywhere he goes, even when he goes to bed.”
交流团到藏茶博物馆品茶
四天时间里，交流团奔走于成都、眉山、雅安、汶川、阆中之间，从地域上感知了四川的千变万化。四天时间里，川剧变脸的变幻莫测、国宝熊猫的憨态可掬、少数民族的热情奔放、基础设施的迅猛发展、地震遗址的中国精神、千年古镇的古朴秀丽轮番登场，他们又从文化上感知了四川的古韵魅力。正如四川省委外宣办（省政府新闻办）副主任代光举在活动启幕仪式上所说，四川省历史悠久、山川秀美、人文底蕴深厚，早在5000年前，就孕育了以宝墩文化、三星堆遗址、金沙遗址为代表的古蜀文明。四川是人类文明的重要发祥地，也是中华文明的发源地之一，自古与多个“一带一路”沿线国家就有文化交流，此次活动亦是一个见证。
During the four-day tour, the delegation visited Chengdu, Meishan, Ya’an, Wenchuan and Langzhong, experiencing various local cultures in Sichuan. In the past four days, from mysterious Sichuan face-changing opera, adorable pandas, hospitable ethnic minorities, the rapid development of infrastructure, the great Chinese spirit embodied in earthquake reconstruction, to the ancient towns with classic simplicity preserved from one thousand years ago, the delegation experienced the charm of Sichuan’s traditional culture. As Dai Guangju, Deputy Director of the Information Office of the People’s Government of Sichuan Province, said at the opening ceremony, Sichuan has a long history, splendid natural scenery, and profound cultural heritage. As early as 5000 years ago, this land was home to ancient Shu civilization represented by Baodun culture, Sanxingdui site and Jinsha site. Sichuan is an important birthplace of human civilization and one of the cradles of Chinese civilization. It has had cultural exchanges with many countries along the Belt and Road since ancient times. This activity is a witness to such exchanges.
