Dear Editor/ Dear Daisy/ Dear Ms./Mr. Garcia,
(以编辑为 Daisy Garcia为例，称呼可以写以上三种。)
Hope this email finds you well.
We submitted the manuscript “*****” (稿子编号，这个编号在邮件主题或正文中至少有一处要写哈，因为编辑一般手上不止一篇稿子在处理，写上稿子号可以帮助编辑快速找到是哪篇稿子) to the journal on 14 April (你的投稿时间). It is now under review/under revision/pending decision (你的稿子所在的状态，一般可以通过登录投稿系统看到).
