注意live at 87前后两两可以连读。

In the morning, Mr. Sawyer goes to work and the children go to school. Their father takes them to school every day.
1）注意如果读的得快的话，work and前后可以连读。
2）注意and the中，and中的d会发生爆破音的消失现象。
3）注意school中的ch会浊化为/g/。
4）注意如果的得快的话，school every前后可以连读。

Mrs. Sawyer stays at home every day. She does the housework. She always eats her lunch at noon.
1）注意stays at前后可以连读。
2）注意at home前后会发生击穿连读，即home中的h“被击穿”，不发音，所以at中的t与home中的o就连起来读了。
3）注意如果读得快的话，home every前后可以连读。
4）注意eats her前后会发生击穿连读，即her中的h“被击穿”，不发音，所以eats中的s与her中的er就连起来读了。
5）注意lunch at前后可以连读。
6）注意at noon中的t会发生爆破音的消失现象。

In the afternoon, she usually sees her friends. They often drink tea together.
1）注意the afternoon中定冠词the的发音，因为afternoon是元音开头，所以the中的e读作[ɪ]。
2）注意sees her前后可以作击穿连读处理，即her中的h“被击穿”，不发音，所以sees中的s与her中的er就连起来读了。
3）注意drink tea中的k会发生爆破音的消失现象。

In the evening, the children come home from school. They arrive home early. Mr. Sawyer comes home from work. He arrives home late.
1）注意the evening中evening是元音开头，所以定冠词the中的e要读作[ɪ]。
2）注意home early前后可以连读。
3）注意comes home和arrives home可以作击穿连读处理。

At night, the children always do their homework. Then they go to bed. Mr. Sawyer usually reads his newspaper, but sometimes he and his wife watch television.
1）注意at night中at中的t会发生爆破音的消失现象。
2）注意but sometimes中，but中的t会发生爆破音的消失现象。
3）注意and his中的d会发生爆破音的消失现象，也可以作击穿连读处理，即and的d和his中的is直接连起来读。
