1. Each other/ one another
each other 表示两者彼此； one another 表示三者或者三者以上彼此
（1）The two students like each other. 这两个学生彼此都很喜欢对方。
（2）The five students hate one another. 这五位同学彼此相互讨厌。
（3）It's how we choose to treat one another, and love one another. 而是我们选择如何对待其他人，如何爱其他人，
2. One after the other 两者相继地；one after another 三者或三者以上相继地
（1）He raised his hands one after the other. 他相继地举起左右手。
（2）All the students came in one after another. 所有学生一个接一个地进来。
（3）Each test should be run once to completion, one after another, without repetition of any test. 每个测试都应该运行一次直到结束，一个接一个地运行， 不能重复运行任何测试。
3. Either，neither，both, all, any, none等做代词的用法
Either （两者中任一）；Any （三者或以上任一）；
Neither （两者皆不）；None（三者或以上皆不）；
Both （两者皆）；All (三者或以上皆)
（1）I don’t care whether you serve coffee or tea; either will do. 你上咖啡也好，茶也好，我都不在乎，随便哪样都可以。
（2）I don’t like any of the four chairs. 这四把椅子没有一把是我喜欢的。
（3）Neither of the two books is good. 这两本书都不好。
（4）None of the three students is / are diligent. 三个学生没有一个是用功的。
（5）Both of the two students are lazy. 那两个学生都懒。
（6）All of the five apples are rotten. 这五个苹果都烂了。
4. One… the other…. 一个…另一个…. (限定的两者)
He has two sons. One is a teacher, and the other is a solider. 他有两个儿子，一个是老师，一个是军人。
5. One…another…the other….一个….一个….另一个…. (限定的三者)
He has three sons. One is a teacher, another is a solider, and the other is a lawyer. 他有三个儿子。一个是老师，一个是军人，另一个是律师。
6. One…another… 一个…另一个… （非限定的两者）
Hobbies vary with people. One may enjoy swimming, while another may love hiking. 爱好因人而异。有人可能喜欢游泳，有人可能喜欢远足。
7. Some… others…一些…另一些…. (非限定的两群)
Some things are easy for somebody, but very hard for others. 很多事情对一些人来说很简单，对另些人来说却很难。
8. Some…other…still others…. 一些….一些…另一些
Hobbies vary with people. Some may enjoy swimming, others may be fond of bungee jumping, and still others may love hiking. 爱好因人而异。有些人可能喜欢游泳；有些人可能喜欢蹦极，也有些人则喜欢远足。
9. 明确数词…the others/ the rest… 若干…其他／其余….
Only two students in my class passed the test. The others failed. 我班上只有两个学生通过了考试，其余全不及格。
