Sam lives in a small town.

He gets a notebook as a birthday gift.

He wants some famous people to sign his notebook.

But famous people don't visit the small town.

Sam puts the notebook into his schoolbag and takes it with him every day.

One day on the way to school,

Sam sees a firefighter, Melissa.
