a couple who adopted a child 领养家庭- We adopted a baby from China. She might want to find her real mother one day.
a couple with no children 丁克家庭-We’re not planning to start a family just yet.【英语中，有了孩子才可以叫做 family，所以该句的意思是：我们还没准备生孩子】
