后来逃脱君去浅浅了解了一下，才知道这原来是MBTI人格类型，全称是迈尔斯-布里格斯类型指标（Myers–Briggs Type Indicator，MBTI）。
MBTI是美国作家伊莎贝尔·布里格斯·迈尔斯和她的母亲凯瑟琳·库克·布里格斯共同制定的一种人格类型理论模型。
该指标是以瑞士心理学家卡尔·荣格划分的8种心理类型为基础，并将理论付诸于实践，经过长达20年研究所编制而成的。
总的来说，MBTI是一种自我报告式的人格测评工具，可以用来衡量人们在获取信息、作出决策、对待生活时的心理活动和人格表现。
在前不久一档韩国综艺《MBTI inside》中，节目组选取了16位最具代表性人格的嘉宾分类，用镜头记录下不同人格的碰撞。
