The Fox and the Groundhog
Man, you look like you're in a hurry. Is something the matter? Where are you going in such a hurry?" "The Groundhog asked the fox.
"It is a long story," replied the fox. "I have been slandered and accused of corruption. Alas! I just got kicked out! You know, it's not easy being a judge, especially being a chicken judge. In order to do my job well, I worked day and night, not only sacrificing my health, but also worrying my brain. Instead, I didn't get the recognition, I got kicked out! Oh, my God. They're calling me corrupt. I just can't figure it out. Would I lose my mind? Would I corrupt? You are the judge of this matter, you are the most reasonable person! Tell me, how could I be corrupt?
"I don't know," said the Groundhog, "but I've seen you a few times with my own eyes get chicken feathers all over your mouth. Can you explain to me what this is all about?"
The fox's face changed immediately. Then he bowed his head and said nothing. The things about it are well known.
Some people, he himself is not a financial expert, his wife is not. But look at all the new houses he has built and the property he has bought. Where does all this money come from? You and I don't know, but if you had to testify against him in court, I'm sure you'd say, "I saw his mouth full of chicken feathers!"

“说来话长啊，”狐狸答道，“有人诽谤我，说我贪污。唉！我就这样被赶出来了！你也知道，当一名法官真不是一件容易的事啊，尤其是当一名鸡的法官。为了把我的本职工作做好，我没日没夜地工作，不仅牺牲了健康，还伤透了脑筋啊！可是呢，我不仅没能得到认可，还被赶了出来！天哪，他们竟然说我贪污。我真是想不通，我会失去理智吗？难道我会去贪污吗？你来评判评判这件事，你就是最公道的人啦！你说说，我怎么可能贪污呢？
“这我说不清楚，” 土拨鼠说道，“但是，有好几次，我都亲眼看见你的嘴巴上沾满了鸡毛。你能给我解释一下这是怎么一回事吗？”
狐狸的脸色立即就变了。这时它埋下头去，一声不吭了。它的那些事情大家都心知肚明。
有些人，他自己并不是个理财专家，他的老婆也不是。但是，你看他家盖了一座又一座的新房子，买了一块又一块的产业，这些钱财是从哪儿来的呢？你我都说不清楚，但是如果要你上法庭去指认他的罪行，我相信你一定会说：“我看到了他满嘴的鸡毛！”
做事要光明正大，凭借自己的能力获得自己想要的东西，而不是靠歪门邪道。
