First open the box
首先把盒子打开，
and take everything out.

Set the pins up

by putting them in a triangle shape

with a corner facing you:

a row of 1 closest to you,
一排1个的离你最近，
then a row of 2,

and a row of 3 in the back.

Now, let's learn how to bowl.
现在，咱们来学习怎么玩保龄球。
You'll put your thumb in this single hole
你把大拇指放在这个单独的洞里，
and your ring finger and middle finger in the two holes next to the single hole.
无名指和中指放在挨着它的两个洞里。
Make sure your grip is just strong enough to hold the ball,
手握的力量要刚好能握住球，
but loose enough to let it go when you throw it towards the pins.
但是朝球瓶扔的时候要足够松，能把球送出去。
Face the pins.
面朝球瓶。
Swing the arm holding the bowling ball
摆动拿着保龄球的手臂，
to throw it a little ways in front of you,
往你前面一点扔，
and just enough for it to hit the ground ahead of you
让它落到你前面的地面上，
and keep rolling
然后继续往前滚，
until it hits the pins.
直到击中球瓶。
