实验室的主要职责是对的产品进行把关，包括对研发的新品，提供一些改进建议，设计的思路，同时也为产品认证提供预检测，另外针对生产的产品，引入了首件检测测试项目，保证产品的质量。实验室主要对灯具产品（也包括电器）的安全、性能以及可靠性进行测试。
The major duty of our laboratory is responsible for NVC’s full range products, including product development, recommendations for improvement and design ideas. Meanwhile, providing the pre-testing for related certification. Besides, for the planned production, we introduced the first-pIECe inspection programme to guarantee the quality. Laboratory is mainly engaged in the test of safety performance and reliability for luminaire products with electric appliance.
首先我为大家介绍的是我们的安全、性能测试室，这里，我们会针不同系列的产品，用不同的灯具产品标准进行测试，所有的国家标准体系都引自IEC体系，这个测试室的测试项目包括灯具的分类、标记、结构以及内外部接线、防触电保护、接地规定、爬电距离和电气间隙以及谐波电流和输入输出电参数的检测；针对控制装置，我们也可进行相关的性能的测试。主要使用这台进口的精密功率仪进行。
Firstly, I will introduce the safety & performance test room. Here ,we follow different standards to test for different products. All national standard systems are from IEC. Test items contain classification of luminaire, marking, structure, wiring, protection against electric shock, earthing rule, creepage distance and electric clearance as well as the harmonic current and electrical parameter test; As for control gear, we can also do the performance test by using the accurate power meter which is made in Japan.
这里是我们的电磁兼容测试室，整个测试是在一个屏蔽房间里进行的。屏蔽房是为了防止外界的干扰信号，目前我们的电磁兼容只能进行EMI的测试，测试的具体项目包括传导骚扰和辐射骚扰，具体的原理在于灯具正常工作条件下产生的干扰信号不会通过传导或者空间辐射影响到其他设备的工作。
This is our EMC test lab. All the tests are conducted in the shielding room that is to prevent the outside interference signal. Precisely speaking, EMC consists of EMI & EMS. At the present, we can only have EMI test. The EMS test system will be put into use in September under schedule. The main items are Conducted & Radiation disturbance. While the luminaire is working in normal condition, the interference signal will not affect the other devices working by Conducted & Radiation disturbance
这是我们的RoHs测试室，主要测试灯具的各个部件里有害金属的含量（欧盟指令规定的六种有害的金属含量），进行定性以及定量的分析，计算不确定度。
This is RoHs test chamber which is in charge of the test for harmful mental content (six kinds of harmful metals in EU directive rules) of every part of the luminaire. We have qualitative and quantitative analysis with the test equipment and calculate uncertainty of the content of harmful substances. RoHS listed a total of six kinds of harmful substances, including: lead Pb, Cd for cadmium, mercury, Hg, hexavalent chromium , Cr6, pbdes PBDE, PBBS PBB
光源测试室，主要负责测试灯具、以及各种光源（白炽灯、金卤灯、荧光灯等）的光电色的测试，主要使用积分球进行光（光通量、光效）、电（电压、电流、功率以及功率因数）、色（色温、显色指数、光谱、色坐标等），我们这里有三个不同大小的积分球，都能进行测试。
Electricity illuminant test room, is mainly responsible for photoelectric color test of all kinds of lighting source(incandescent lamp, metal halide lamp, fluorescent lamp, etc). By adopting integrated sphere, we know the parameters of light(luminous flux, luminous efficiency), electricity (voltage, current, power and power factor), color (color temperature, color rendering index, spectrum, color coordinate, etc.). Here we possess three sizes integrated spheres.
老化/寿命测试室，主要进行各种灯具（传统的、LED灯）的老化以及寿命测试，同时也针对产品进行开关冲击试验，常温高压、低压测试，针对目前的LED灯，光衰的测试、产品可靠性相关测试项目（常温开关试验）也是在这里进行的。
LED Aging / life test room is mainly for the aging and life test) of various lamps (traditional / LED lamps). Switching impulse test, normal temperature and high pressure, low pressure test are done here. According to the present LED lamps, lumen maintenance , reliability test are also made here.
综合室（我们也叫其环境测试室），包括潮湿试验、高低温冲击试验、灯具的绝缘电阻和介电强度测试以及接触电流的测试。同时也在这个测试室进行灯具塑胶材料的耐火、防引燃测试以及耐起痕测试，使用的仪器包括灼热丝试验装置、针焰试验仪以及耐起痕测试仪。
LED Synthesis test room (we also call the environmental test chamber), including moisture test, high and low temperature impact test, the insulation resistance and electric strength test and contact current test of luminaire. At the same time, plastic material of resist to fire are done here. we will use the glow wire test device , needle flame test equipment and by resistance tester
配光测试室，这里我们有两套（卧式、反光式）光度测试设备进行测试，主要考核的是反光罩的设计，通过测试我们可以知道灯具的配光曲线、光束角以及各照度的相关空间数据。指导研发进行反光罩的设计以及照明设计师合理的用光。
Light distribution in test room, here we have two sets of (horizontal, reflective) photometric test equipment to test, it mainly evaluate the design of the reflector, Through the test we can. know light distribution curve , beam angle and the illumination of the relevant spatial data of the lamp which will guide the development of reflector design and lighting designers to make full use of light.
温升测试室，主要测试的是灯具/电器/光源在正常使用下，各个部件（线、灯头、灯座光源腔、电器外表面等主要部件）的温度不会超过标准规定的值；同时在灯具寿命终了时，在异常的工作状态下（灯具输出短路（LED灯具）、整流效应（传统荧光灯）），灯具相关部件的温度仍然不会超过规定的值。相对用户使用而言，是安全的。
Temperature rise test chamber，the main test is that when the fixture/control gear and the lamp work normally, the temperature of every components ( the wire, the surface of the gear, the lamp holder and so on) will not exceed the standards; when the fixture is on the end of life and worked under abnormally conditions like the outputs shorted and rectifying effect , the temperature of relevant components will still not exceed the standards, then we can say it’s safe for the users.
高温测试室，主要进行高温、高压测试，模拟高温高压环境下的灯具/电器仍能可靠的工作，同时针对灯具的塑胶件，我们会进行相应温度的球压试验。
High temperature test chamber, the main tests are for the high temperature and high pressure test. We simulate the environment with high temperature and high pressure, and put the fixture and gear to this environment to check if they can still work stably. At the same time, for the plastic part of the fixture, we will have ball-pressure test in relevant temperature environment.
IP测试室，主要针对户外灯具进行防水测试，目前我们能进行IPX1-IPX7的防水测试，针对IPX1、IPX2我们使用滴水装置进行测试；IPX3、IPX4利用摆管进行测试；IPX5、IPX6测试主要使用强冲水的装置；IPX7主要是在水箱中进行的。所有的测试都是按照标准规定的方法，用不同的方式进行测试的。
The IP (international protection) chamber is main for the water proof test of the outdoor fixture. At present,we can have IPx1-IPx7 water proof test. For IPx1 and IPx2, we use dripping to have the test. For IPX3 and IPx4, we use this swing pipe to have the test. While for IPx5 and IPx6, we use strong flush to have the test. IPx7 is tested in this water box. All the tests are according to the standard to handle it, and use different ways to carry them out.
低温测试室和耐久性测试室，主要就是进行低温启动、防尘和各类灯具的耐久性的测试。
Low temperature and durability test chamber mainly have the tests of low temperature starting, dust proof and all kinds of fixture’s durability feature.
LED测试室，也是我们目前正在筹建的测试室，我们已经从国外购买了一大批的LED测试设备，具体包括EMF相关测试设备、LED光源测试的设备等。
LED test room is also in building, we have purchased a large of LED test sets, including the EMF test and LED lamp test sets and so on.
