在装船日后的4天之内电传/传真告知申请人有关装货的详情，包括提单号，日期，船名，货物的数量，商品名称，发票金额，信用证号码，预计开船时间，预计到达时间。

扣除，但这并不等于在未来的支款中对类似不符点的放弃。如果本信用证项下所提示的单证被认定为有不符点，我行会发出拒付通知并留置单证交由你方处理。然而，如果我行在收到你们如何处理的指示之前收到申请人的放弃不符点声明书，我行将在没有得到你方允许的情况下放单与申请人而不再进一步接洽你方。

特殊要求：但单证寄送我方的时候，请求你方通过可证实的SWIFT(MT799/MT754)或电传告知我方已寄送单证。如果你方和我行没有通汇关系，请要求我通汇行证实你方告知。
Upon receipt of said advice and documents compliance with the terms and conditions of this L/C, we shall reimburse you according to your instruction in the currency of the credit.
