一、重点单词

1. sister n. 姐；妹

教材原句：She’s my sister. (p7-1a)

英语中姐姐或妹妹都称作sister. 复数形式为sisters. 常见的表称呼的词还有：mother, father, parent, brother, grandmother, grandfather, grandparent, son, cousin, grandpa, dad, mum, uncle, daughter, 根据实际情况都有其复数形式，grandparents 和parents表示祖父母和父母两个人时通常都用复数。

2. those pron. 那些

教材原句：Those are my parents. (p7-1c)

用于修饰或指代距离较远的复数的事物，that是它的单数形式。

That is my pen. This is yours.

these英语指代距离较近的复数的事物， this 是它的单数形式

These are my parents and those are my grandparents.

3. they pron. 他（她、它）们

教材原句：Yes, they are. (p8-2d)

  1. they 他（她、它）们，为第三人称复数形式，主格，在句中做主语

They are Kate’s books.

  1. 注意与them, their, theirs的区别

they是主格，在句子中做主语成分；

They are my friends.

them是宾格，在句子中做宾语；

I love them.

their是形容词性物主代词,后加名词

Those are their cups.

theirs是名词性物主代词，做表语，其相当于their 名词

These red rulers are theirs.

4. who pron. 谁；什么人

教材原句：And who’s he? (p7-2d)

特殊疑问代词，“谁”的主格形式， whom为它对应的宾格形式, whose 表示所有格“谁的”

Who are you? （主格）

With whom do you go to Shanghai? （宾格）

Whose dog is it? （所有格）

5. well interj. 嗯；好吧

教材原句：Well, have a good day! (p 8-2d)

  1. 语气词，表示“嗯，那么”之类的意思。
  2. 形容词，表示身体好。

I am well.

  1. 副词，表示“好”。对应的形容词为good

He is a good boy. He speaks English well.

6. here adv. （用以介绍某人或某物）这就是；在这里

教材原句：Here are two photos of my family. (p11-2b)

  1. here 地点副词，前面不用加介词

Lucy, come here.

  1. here 反义词there

Here is/ are...be动词选择看后面紧跟着的名词

  1. Here you are. 给你。

7. photo n. 照片

教材原句：Here are two photos of my family. (p11-2b)

  1. 复数形式只需在后面加“s”

对比：之前所学的“tomato” “potato”的复数形式在后面加“es”

  1. take a photo拍照 my family photo=a photo of my family我的一张全家福
  2. 近义词picture也可表示照片，同时也可以表示图片

【剖析】

This is…是当场介绍人时的用语。These are…是This is…的复数形式。句中my friend和Jane是同位关系，Jane是my friend的同位语，我的朋友my friend和简Jane是同一个人。因此该句也可以说This is Jane, my friend. 这是简，我的朋友。

注意：

That is…与Those are…也可作介绍语。只不过this指离说话人较近的人或物，意思是“这个”，that指离说话人较远的人或物，意思是“那个”。如：

This is my mum and that is my dad. 这是我的妈妈，那是我的爸爸。

This is a pen and that is a pencil. 这是一支钢笔，那是一支铅笔。

This is 没有缩写形式，that is 可缩写成that’s.

2. Are those your parents? (p8-2d)

【剖析】

这是一个含有be动词的一般疑问句。将陈述句中的be动词am, is, are，提至句首变一般疑问句，句号改为问号，其他语序不变。

注意：

在回答主语是these或those的疑问句时，用they来代替these或those.

即：Yes，they are./ No, they aren’t.

在回答主语是this或that的疑问句时，用it来代替this 或that.

即：Yes, it is./No, it isn't.

3. Who’s he? (p8-2d)

【剖析】

who’s 为who is的缩写

其回答为：She/He is ....

注意：

在实际应用中，he和she虽然是人称代词，但可以有拟人化的用法，用来代替动物，he习惯上代替勇敢的动物，she代替可爱的小动物。it有时也可以代替不确定的人或婴儿。

如：

This is a bird. She is Polly.

My aunt has a new baby. It is very cute.

4. Well, have a good day! (p8-2d)

【剖析】

祈使句，表祝福（愿）

同义表达还可将good替换为nice，great等。

注意：

Have a good day=Have a good time=Enjoy oneself

5. Here are two nice photos of my family. (p11-2b)

【剖析】

photo是“照片”的意思，它的复数是photos. picture也可以用来表示“照片”。

of后面的名词表示照片上是什么或是谁。

注意：

Here is/are ...的句子结构分析及句意。

Here is 可数名词单数/不可数名词 “这里有一个…../ 这里有……”

Here are 可数名词复数 “这里有一些……”

句中photos of my family=my family photos.

如果of后面用的是名词性物主代词，就表示一种所属关系，则照片上可能不一定是某人的像，而强调这张照片是这个人所有照片中的一张。如：

This is a photo of Jim’s=This is one of Jim’s photos. 这是一张吉姆的照片。

(照片上的人可能是吉姆，也可能不是吉姆)

This is a photo of Jim.这是一张吉姆的照片。（照片上的人一定是吉姆）
