1） 学会仅用阿拉伯数字对听力中的英语数字进行转换。不要使用中文或是汉语翻译。反复练习将阿拉伯数字转化成英语和将英语数字转化成阿拉伯数字。
2） 刚开始进行练习的时候，请用纸笔，形成一边听英语里的数字，一边将阿拉伯数字写在纸上的习惯。练习到一定阶段后，请尝试在脑海中进行数字投射法，即一边听英语数字，一边将阿拉伯数字投射在自己的脑海中。学会这一方法对整体英语听力提高都会有质的提升。
3） 用一个月的时间将英语数字听力练习作为一个专门的项目进行强化训练。将英语中的数字与阿拉伯数字进行相互转换。这一点其实一点也不难。你至多花上一个月的时间，就可以将这种转化练习得滚瓜烂熟。你不仅能够明显地地提高你的雅思/托福四六级英语成绩，你也许以后一辈子都不会忘记这一技术。
