“立春”作为“二十四节气”之首，是农历二十四节气中的第一个节气。
“立”是开始的意思，春天到来，代表着万物复苏，生机盎然，有没有焕然一新的感觉？
而中国“二十四节气”已正式列入联合国非遗名录！
关于节气 solar terms
传统的中国农历（Chinese lunar calendar ）将一年分为24个节气（ 24 solar terms），“立春” （Start of Spring）是一年中的第一个节气，而今年的“立春”节气从2月3日始。

要说立春这一天的食俗，那当然就是~吃春饼和“咬春”啦！春饼是人们对“一年之计在于春”的美好祝福，而“咬春”嚼萝卜，则取古人“咬得草根断，则百事可做”之意。
