The crabs have no interest in it, because there are six coconut trees, they want to eat coconuts.
螃蟹根本没兴趣听，因为那里有6棵椰子树，他们想吃椰子。
There are seven turtles, seagulls fly away and tell them about it.
那里有7只海龟，海鸥飞去告诉他们。
But Professor turtle is teaching the skills of digging holes, little turtles are all listening carefully!
可是海龟教授在讲“挖坑指南”，小海龟们都在仔细听讲呢！
There are eight ants, they are moving. Go and tell them! The seagulls say.
那里有8只蚂蚁，它们在搬家，去讲给他们听吧！海鸥们商量着。
The seagulls find nine seashells, however, they are taking a nap.
海鸥发现了9只贝壳，但是，他们正在午睡呢。
The disappointed seagulls fly to the sea and tell the story sardines.
失落的海鸥飞向大海，向沙丁鱼讲起这件有趣的事情。
Ten sardines are frightened away.
10只沙丁鱼吓得马上逃跑了。
The audience found with great effort are scared away.
好不容易找到的听众，就这样被吓跑了。
Numbers 数字
阅读，想像以及互动过程

每到一个数字场景，我会引导Danney数数。她有时候不太愿意数，有时候数的不对，有时候跳着数。总之，数的完全正确的次数并不多。但是，我知道我必须静下心来慢慢引导她数字的含义。

Danney更加关注的是每张图片的引申故事。
例如，读到There are eight ants, they are moving. Go and tell them! The seagulls say.
那里有8只蚂蚁，它们在搬家，去讲给他们听吧！海鸥们商量着。
女儿会问很多问题。
为什么蚂蚁旁边的海鸥这么大？
它是蚂蚁的妈妈吗？
蚂蚁的食物是什么味道呀？
我可以尝尝吗？
蚂蚁的家怎么有这么多的梯子呀？
。。。。。。
其他的每一张图片，也都是各种各样稀奇古怪的问题和答案。
我都尽可能的通过联想和想像回答她的任何疑问。
这可能就是亲子阅读的趣味和意义关键所在。
