正确表达：do the dishes 洗碗
dish: 盘子，碗，碟子

注意：洗碗不用wash,但 洗碗机的确是Dishwasher
2、“洗澡”英语怎么说？
wash body表面上看没啥问题，洗身体嘛，但是西方人并不这么说，一般用下面这两个：①take/have a shower ②take/have a bath

3、“洗衣服”英语怎么说？
实际上把“洗衣服”翻译成“wash clothes”本身没错，这个表达强调的是“手洗”，而且含有冲洗的感觉。但欧美人确实比较少说wash clothes，而是用一个专门的短语：do the laundry
强调的是“用洗衣机洗衣服”，或者到“洗衣店洗衣服”，因为欧美比较发达，洗衣机早已家家普及，洗衣店也到处都是，他们可能早就忘了“手洗-wash”这回事。
所以说到洗衣服，脱口而出的就是“do the laundry”，但是没有洗衣机的时候说wash clothes也没啥问题。
人家一样能听懂，还可以说 do the washing，手洗和机器洗衣服都通用。
