据我对大家的了解，说到“开和关”，小伙伴们首先就会想到open和close但其实这是错误的。
英文里对电子设备的"开关"，正确的动词是"turn on/off或switch on/off"，比如开电脑，开灯，开电视等，是我们常说的启动、运行。
所以开电脑就应该用“turn on the computer”来表达。

打开电脑，类似：“萧条”“终止抵押”“失业”这样的词就充满了屏幕。
open和close主要是指，将原来关上或合上的东西打开，比如开门窗open doors and windows、打开瓶盖open the cap什么的：
