有时候他们仅仅是想从你身上得到一些什么东西而已
Fox was always hangry.
狐狸总是很饿。
One day, he saw Crow...…with some cheese.
有一天，他看见一只乌鸦…
嘴里叼着一块奶酪。
I want that cheese!
我想要那块奶酪！
He grinned at Crow.“You’re pretty!”
“I am”
他冲着乌鸦咧着嘴笑着说：“你好美！”
“是的！我很美！”
“What beautiful feathers!”
“They are!”
“多么美丽的羽毛！”
“是的！我的羽毛多美！”
“Can you sing too?” he asked.
“你也会唱歌么？”狐狸问道。
Crow nodded.
乌鸦点了点头。
She opens her beak…
她张开了嘴巴…
Down fell the cheese.
奶酪掉了下来。
Fox snapped it up.
狐狸一口咬住了掉下来的奶酪。
“That was mine” cried Crow.
“那是我的！”乌鸦大喊道。
Fox laughed.
狐狸哈哈大笑。
“Don’t always believe people who say nicethings,” he said.
他说：“不要总是相信那些奉承你的人，
"Sometimes they just want something from you."
有时候他们只是想从你那里得到些什么。”
