1.stay up熬夜

3. sleep deprivation 缺觉、睡眠不足

4. sleep disorder/somnipathy 睡眠失常/障碍

调查结果显示，19%的大学生有睡眠障碍问题。

英语里的“回笼觉”叫“unprotected sleep”。字面上的意思是无保护的睡眠或风险睡眠，指的是turning off your alarm clock and immediately going back to sleep; risking not waking up for a job, class, or other daily task. 冒着工作、上课或其他日常事务迟到的风险关掉闹钟睡回笼觉，这是不是很多人每天生活的真实写照?
实在没办法起来之后，斗不过瞌睡虫时，只能靠这些招数来应付了：
1. have a cat nap 打个小盹

对于Ann来说，睡不够，犯困是世界上最痛苦的事情！犯困打瞌睡时，脑子完全是陷在沼泽地里，动弹不得，无法思考！在我的世界里只有睡不够，没有睡不着。
在我眼里，世界上最幸福的事情里少不了它们：
1.hit the sack 倒头就睡
2.sleep around the clock 睡了一整天
3. wake up naturally without alarm clock 自然醒
充足的睡眠很重要，会让你新的一天的工作充满能量！提高你的工作效率和学习效率。所以，不要熬夜哦！
