和对方确认有没有收到文件（尤其是在对方长时间没有任何回复的情况下）—>
Hey xxx, did you receive my attachments?
嗨xxx，你收到我的附件了吗？
Hi xxx, I sent you an email with my proposal as an attachment. Did you receive it?
嗨xxx，我发了邮件给你，附件是我的提案。你收到了吗？
如果你没收到对方的邮件或附件——>
I received your email, but I didn't receive the attachments.
我收到你的邮件了，但没有附件。
The file is too large to send through email.
文件太大了，没办法用邮件发送。
My company prevents many types of attachments. Can you send a text file instead?
