首先作者指出企业之间的技术合作可以避免重复投资造成的浪费,也能通过彼此间的优势互补达到提升投资效率的结果。同时列举了耐克、IBM公司、戴尔公司的案例,来说明上下游企业合作创新可以提升绿色供应链的效率。

First of all, the author points out that technical cooperation between enterprises can avoid the waste caused by repeated investment and improve the efficiency of investment by complementing each other's advantages. 模型构建,先得到三个渠道的三个需求函数。并以分散决策为基准决策模式,并再次基础上推广其余三种决策模式。分散决策下,先得到制造商和零售商的利润函数。并将制造商和零售商的决策分为三个阶段,利用逆向求解法,求得制造商和零售商的决策。

作者通过数值分析,得到以下结论:

1.相对于其他决策模式,在分摊比例的一定阈值区间,营销成本—收益分摊模式下的各方利润最高,此形式垂直合作比以绿色技术卡特尔的水平合作对各方更有吸引力相比于分散决策;2.绿色技术卡特尔将对零售商不利,但在此基础上建立的全面合作将使零售商利益得以改善;3.无论从污染排放总量最少,还是社会福利最大,抑或是产品供应最多,产品绿色度最高,都应当鼓励供应链上下游企业间以成本—收益分摊为模式的垂直合作。

1. Compared with other decision-making modes, within a certain threshold range of apportionment ratio, the profit of all parties under the mode of marketing cost-income apportionment is the highest. This form of vertical cooperation is more attractive to all parties than the horizontal cooperation of green technology cartel. 2. 卡特尔是垄断组织形式之一,常见于寡头垄断市场中,是一种垄断性的组织或关系。方式是在价格、产量和市场份额分配等方面达成约定。所以在本文中两方共同决定最大化利润的产品绿色度。
