相信有的同学已经用过这个功能了，不过还有的同学还不知道有这个功能，还在手动制作流程图。好啦，赶紧让我们一起来学习一下，再也不用手动制作流程图了。
首先我们在PPT中插入文本框，输入文字，在开始选项卡中找到段落，点击【转换为SmartArt】。
然后选择符合逻辑的流程图就好了。
调整字体及大小。
根据需要添加文本及图例。
如果觉得布局不满意，我们可以在SmartArt设计选项卡中快速更换布局，还可以更改颜色和样式。
最后我们还可以给他添加一点阴影增加立体感，加上文字和一点修饰。这样一张简单又好看的流程图页面就做好了。更多功能大家可自行探索。
