badmouth 是一个动词 ；非正式表达：to criticize (someone or something) in a very unpleasant manner，指诽谤、唱衰别人

不许顶嘴
The parents will tell their child to stop mouthing off.
父母会告诉他们的孩子不许顶嘴。
I had my heart in my mouth.
如果你很紧张或者提心吊胆，你可以说I had my heart in my mouth. 意思是，我心吊到嗓子眼了。（跟中文有点相似。）
I had my heart in my mouth as the results of the competition were announced.
比赛结果发表时，我紧张得心都要跳出来。
