僵尸嗜血又有人性化的特征，总是能不经意间勾起人们的翩翩想象与无限的好奇心。研究过多部僵尸的故事篇，特别感兴趣的是与开天辟地的盘古同为族人的几个高段位的僵尸。一个是僵尸之父，背生双翅，女娲情人，和女娲一起创造人类僵尸王将臣。一个是掌管人类的人王伏曦，还有一个是掌管瘟疫的瑶池圣母，据说这两人还是情人。僵尸的迷人之处也许正是有着与人一样的情感和爱。
当然，僵尸更多的是让人恐惧的一面，比如红红的瞳孔、尖尖的獠牙和长长的指甲。尤其是如钢叉般的指甲，总是让人有种不寒而栗的感觉。不用害怕，我们通常对付僵尸的法宝有这么几款：素有“金水之精，内明外暗”的镜子，能“厌服邪气，制御百鬼的五行之精”桃枝、桃木剑，“鬼闻鸡鸣即缩”的鸡叫声，还有“钉入尸脊背穴”的枣核七枚。另外在中国建筑的风水惯例中，通常在大门下会装一块约15公分高的木板(门槛)，用来阻挡僵尸跳进家中。这些法宝都比较普通所以掌握这些法宝也无惧僵尸。
