把英语读成英语的能力：a man of importance什么意思？
一、什么是“英语阅读”英能力训练？这个能力是什么？我们说的这个能力就是你阅读时“对着英语说英语”的能力，而不是“对着英语说中文”。这个不叫做英语阅读，这个叫做中文阅读。
二、注意英语词汇里有一种词性转换的现象。其中之一就是“名词”变“形容词”，或“形容词”变“名词”：
1. difficult (adj.)=difficulty(n.)
2.important (adj.)= importance (n.)
3.beautiful (adj.)=beauty (n.)
4.interesting (adj.)= interest (n.)
5.friendly (adj.) = friendliness (n.)
6.simple (adj.) = simplicity (n.)
7.long (adj.)=length (n.)
8.foolish (adj.)= floolishness (n.)
7. confident (adj.)= confidence (n.)
8.certain (adj.) = certainty
9.mature (afj.) = maturity (n.)
10. enthu-siast(adj.) = enthu-siasm
等等，不一而足。
三、有了这些“英语基础”，我们下面可以做今天的重点英语训练了。
英语阅读时，对着英语“说英语，”对着英语把英语“读成”英语而不再是“读成”中文，是一个人英语学习从初级中级转向高级阶段所必须具备的英语能力，是必须接受的英语语言训练。
通过英语词性切换理解英语，是“对着英语说英语”能力的重要训练内容之一
你把英语This is a difficult job或者This is a job of difficulty读成什么？英语还是中文？
千万不要读成中文“这是件困难的工作”了，否则你的英语训练就失去了起码的意义！
四、跟着我做下面的用英语理解英语，把英语读成英语的英语口语训练：
1. This is a difficult job for me.
Well, this is a difficult job means This is a job of (great) difficulty.
OR：This is a job of difficulty means This is a difficult job.
2. He is an important man.
Well,He is an important man means He is a man of importance.
OR：He is a man odf importance means He is an important man.
3.She is a beautiful girl.
Well,This is a besutiful country means This is a country of beauty.
OR：This is a country of beauty means This is a beautiful country.
4. Our teachet is an interesting man.
Well,Our teacher is an intetesting man means Our teachet is a man of interest.
OR：Our teachet is a man of interest means Our teacher is an intetesting man.
5.He is a friendly man.
Welk,He is a friendly man means He is a man of friendliness.
OR：He is a man of friendliness means He is a friendly man.
以此类推，我们根本不需要把英语“读成”中文，通红改变词性，就可以做到“把英语读成英语”来理解英语了。
