01 | 包装工程师 上海/远程办公 （15K-25K*13）

>. 职位介绍

该职位工作地点灵活，可以远程/居家办公。

主要职责:

• 参与亚太区域不同产品原型的项目。洗护产品、保鲜膜、湿巾等；

• 在项目范围内主导产品包装设计和执行包装开发工作，以满足客户的需求；

• 与国外团队和外部合作伙伴一起验证和确定包装设计；

• 根据公司要求使用系统, 或其他工具, 记录技术标准和其他技术细节；

• 在研发过程中发展最佳实践，推动技术和流程的持续改进，并领导实施 职位要求:

• 包装工程、材料科学工程或相关专业毕业。

• 英语流利(书面&口语), 可作为日常工作语言。

• 3~5年以上包装开发相关工作经验，有独立处理新开发项目的经验；

• 熟悉清洁和家庭护理、保鲜膜、湿巾等包装材料和工艺知识，熟悉领先的包装供应商；

• 熟悉包装开发流程，测试方法和标准；

02| 包装工程师 苏州 （10K-20K*13）

>. 职位介绍

职位概要:

合格的候选人将支持日常包装项目，推动包装创新。与跨职能团队合作，制定与包装相关的生产标准操作规程。

主要职责:

• 开发、设计和验证包装系统，包括贴标的要求；

• 指定并记录包装材料和测试方法；

• 审核现有流程，并根据需要开发新的流程，以确保符合GMP和法规要求

• 主导和推动包装改进项目；

• 执行包装测试，包括贴标和灭菌工艺；

• 为生产作业指导书提供支持；

• 支持包装规范的制定；

• 调查并执行正在进行的生产过程中的纠正/预防措施；

人员要求:

1. 工程类专业(包装，机械，工业等)本科学历或同等工作经验；

2. ISO13485/GMP体系下， 5年以上包装工程相关工作经验；

3. 熟悉无菌阻隔包装工艺，有医疗器械行业工作经验者优先；

4. 熟练使用Office办公软件，会操作Solid Works软件者优先；

5. 熟悉ASTM, ISTA和其他相关包装标准；

6. 良好的项目管理能力，具备独立工作的能力以及团队合作的能力；

7. 优秀的英语书面和口头沟通技巧；

8. 能够在快节奏的工作环境中管理多个优先事项。

03| 财务(人事/行政/会计) | 上海 （6K-15K*13）

职位介绍

职责描述：

This position will be a part of a fully integrated cross-functional team, working closely with local and regional Operations and Finance Teams.

The candidate will work with the local, and global team to support the payroll, invoicing, and other operations functions including but not limited to bank reconciliations, budget preparations, tax documents preparation, etc…

The candidate, in collaboration with other departments, will be responsible for identifying opportunities, operating expenses reduction, and process streamlining.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, HR or related field;

• 3-10 years of experience working in a fast pace environment;

• Good interpersonal and communication skills required to effectively manage projects with business teams;

• Self-directed, motivated and good time management;

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities;

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, Office 365, SharePoint, and experience with TOPS;

• Proficient in English.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in a multinational company setting

任职要求：

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

＞. Financial functions:

• Manage monthly payroll processing for the company staff;

• Coordinate with Corporate Finance Manager to prepare financial statements, bank reconciliations, and other financial/accounting matters;

• Prepare and manage operating budgets, and put forward adjustment suggestions;

• Regularly connect with and report to the company's Corporate Finance department; • Coordinate with the third party to prepare and provide requested materials, and work closely with them to carry out compliances of national financial and accounting policies, tax policies & regulations, tax declaration etc.;

• Assist in external audit;

• Put forward advice on the company implementation of accounting policies, tax policies, and financial management systems;

• Review employee reimbursement documents; file and manage reimbursement expenses; take responsibilities of other accounting affairs, such as accounting oversight, timely accounting transactions if required;

• Sort out and keep accounting vouchers, accounting books, accounting statements, and other accounting files;

• Project payment progress management:

• Work closely with project leaders, and follow up with payment progresses for each project; Coordinate with the third party to issue or collect relevant invoices;

• Deal with banking matters, if needed.

＞. Other functions:

  1. Manage company documents, and revise when necessary;
  2. Assist in personnel recruitment, including but not limited to job postings, interviewing, onboarding, etc…
  3. Assist with employee termination process resignation procedures;
  4. Assist in the planning and implementation of team-building activities;
  5. Take care of supply procurement；
  6. Offer assistance in HR recruitment, help with resume search, talent database building, update and maintenance;
  7. Work with team members to follow-up with clients, draft and review proposals/contracts, and help with the document submission;
  8. Support the marketing department in the implementation of campaigns, events, and other marketing activities, as well as customer follow-up and customer maintenance;
  9. Complete other matters if required.
