态度题
态度题常见的题干信息词有attitude、seem、tone、deem、consider以及选项中出现的有关态度的词，如positive、negative等。
寻找作者态度的方法：
1)首尾句串读法：这种方法最普遍适用。
2)重点关注文中的形容词和副词，它们常带有感情色彩。
3)转折之后常出现作者态度。
4)情态动词之后常接作者观点和态度。
特别强调，在历年态度题的选项当中，当提起作者的态度时，如下一些词一直扮演者干扰选项的角色，也就是我们所说的“小墓碑”选项：
1)不感兴趣类：uninterested、unconcerned、indifferent
2)不知所措类：confused、puzzled
3)主观偏激类：subjective、biased、prejudice、contemptuous

第六段是文章尾段，首句明确表达了作者对EU (欧盟)的态度。
Write off (认为……失败)这一表达很多考生很陌生，但是从介词off大致可以判断这一短语的感情色彩应该是偏负面，也就是认为欧盟不行了。
而too soon to表示“为时过早”，说明作者的意思是认为欧盟不行了还为时过早，负负得正。由此可知，作者对欧盟的态度是正面的，画“ ”号。
其次，句②中的remains the world’s largest和句③中的at its best都是正面积极的表达，进一步确定了此题应该选D。
