“割韭菜”英文怎么说？
割韭菜，原本是指一部分资本亏本离场，另一部分新兴资本加入市场，就像割韭菜一样，割一茬长一茬。 现在，自认为是弱势群体的广大网民也用“韭菜”一词自嘲，所谓“小民发如韭，剪复生”，借此表达“小民”内心的无力感。
CNN在一篇谈中国中产阶级的文章中提到“割韭菜”一词，并将其翻译为：be picked like leeks 这是直译的方法，老外没有这个说法，后面CNN又解释了一句：
It's a self-deprecating term implying they are being played for suckers, just like faceless vegetables harvested by big companies and the government.
self-deprecating意思是自黑。
being played for suckers与“割韭菜”有异曲同工之妙。
