Step1: Warming up
1. Sing a song.
2. Play a guessing game to review the old words.
3. Have a free talk with students.
Step2: Presentation
1. New words
Demonstrate the new words with real clothes. Say the words a few times with the class.
Play the tape. Let the student listen and follow.
2. Drill
Lead the class through a question-and-answer drill about shoes, socks, dress and shorts. Such as: What is it? What are these?
3. Game: Which word face to you?
4. New pattern
Use puppets to show the new pattern. Use gestures to make my meaning clear and give prompts when the students falter. Work through the dialogue more than once with objects familiar to the class.

Part 1:复习
1. 教师拿出图片同学生一起复习上节课所学的单词coat, scarf, cap, gloves, boots。然后教
师边指同学的衣服边问旁边的同学: What is it? 学生回答正确教师要鼓励Very good.
2. 操练:老师随手拿起某人的衣服问whose ___is this?教师鼓励学生并带领全班学生就这个句型进行问答练习。

1) 示范:老师出示各种衣服的卡片或指学生穿的衣服来介绍shoes\socks\dress\shorts并与
学生一起重复读几遍上述单词
2) 播放录音No.1 What is it? 让学生看书跟读。然后放光碟并逐一的介绍。
3) 操练:老师指着班上学生所穿的衣服带领学生做如下问答练习

当学生很好的掌握了本课新单词时,教师拿出准备好的挂图学习第二部分。

3. 示范:用汉语解释whose的意思为“谁的”。板书whose,用手指着这个单词领学生读若干遍。
再指某一件衣服问学生衣服是谁的做对话练习。
