公司研究所开发的高温纳米流体换热剂不仅具有更高的导热效率,并且其工作温度(≤185℃)也明显高于传统的“水 多元醇”冷却液(≤108℃),因此它既能满足高、中、低温各类热源换热器的快速换热,或水箱等散热器的快速散热的需要,也能适度地提高循环冷却机油在内燃机内的温度(120℃),以提高燃油在气缸内燃烧的热效率,从而达到降低油耗及污染物排放的目的。此外,由于采用了去离子水及高储备碱度的长效缓蚀技术,产品具备不结垢、低腐蚀、换热器不易损坏的特点。

Company and Product Profile

Wuhan Yoneng Nano-fluid Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Wuda Science and Technology Park, Donghu High Tech. Development Zone, Wuhan City, China. It is the first professional technology company in China with technical support provided by Huazhong University of Science and Technology, taking nano-fluid heat exchanger as the leading product and integrating product development, production, sales and service.

The high-temperature nano-fluid heat exchanger developed by the company research institute not only has higher heat transfer efficiency, but also its working temperature (< 185 ℃) is significantly higher than the traditional "water polyol" coolant (< 108 ℃). Therefore, it can not only meet the needs of rapid heat exchange of various heat sources such as high, medium and low temperature heat exchangers, or rapid heat dissipation of radiators such as water tanks, but also moderately increase the temperature of the circulating cooling oil in the internal combustion engine (120 ℃) to improve the thermal efficiency of the fuel combustion in the cylinder, so as to reduce fuel consumption and pollutant emissions. In addition, due to the use of de-ionized water and long-term corrosion inhibition technology with high reserve alkalinity, the product has the characteristics of non scaling, low corrosion and not easy to damage the heat exchanger.

The first automatic production line has an annual production capacity of 2000 tons, and its three types of nanometer cooling liquid products, namely, Ucan-185, Ucan-120 and Ucan-108, have been respectively used for heat exchangers of various power systems such as passenger cars, heavy trucks, construction machinery, wind power generation and electronic control equipment, ships, military vehicles and equipment.
