解剖主板发现65V10的装置,由此可以肯定,苹果采用的NFC控制器型号为PN548,是PN544和PN547的变种。行内人识别出,这是恩智浦为苹果稍作修改设计的芯片。如果这是真的,那苹果拿到这块芯片至少有18个月了。因为根据芯片上的标记看到,芯片设计定稿日期是在2012年。事实上,PN548芯片上的模具标记只是跟PN 547略微不同。

传统上,苹果是用意法半导体的芯片,但是这次用了InvenSense的。新的加速计和陀螺仪的零件号是MP67B。根据InvenSense官网,MPU系列均是与独立指南针和APU接口的6轴装置。
