7. This Letter of Acceptance is issued with the proviso that we reserve the right to instruct you at any time to immediately stop the Works being carried out hereunder.

In the event that we do so instruct, we wilreimburse to you alcosts properly, reasonably and necessarily incurred by you up to the date of issue of such instruction, in carrying out work authorized by this Letter of Acceptance or any instructions subsequently issued with reference to paragraph b) above, subject to the provision of satisfactory substantiation and to approvaby us of alsuch costs.
