前两天吉米老师上课时问了一句 Do you have the time? 同学们纷纷回答“有时间！有时间！”
但吉米老师不是在问大家有没有时间哦，不知道的快来跟吉米老师学习一下吧~

Do you have the time?
你知道几点了吗？
这里的 time 特指钟表上的时间，吉米老师说 Do you have the time? 意思就是说“你有表吗？知道几点了吗？”如果是问有没有时间的话，一般会说 Do you have time? 多了个冠词意思就大不一样哦~
例句：
- Do you have the time?
- It's ten past nine.
- 你知道几点了吗？
- 九点十分了。
以下这几种问法都是在问“几点了”，千万别搞错了哦~

Look at the time≠看表
Look at the time.
看看都几点了。
上面讲到 time 可以表示钟表上的时间，但是要表达“看时间”千万不能说 look at the time，而要说 tell the time 或者 tell time。look at the time 通常用在突然发现时间比你想得还晚的时候。比方说，吉米老师本来打算十点下课，结果一看表已经十点半了，就可以说 Look at the time！
例句：
Look at the time. I have to go home.
看看几点了，我得回家了。
Is that the time?≠那是时间
Is that the time?
都这个点了？
这句话看起来是问句，其实不需要回答，它表示“都这个点啦？”你和别人聊天，聊得太开心一晚上就过去了，看了眼手机发现现在已经晚上十一点了，就可以说 Is that the time?
例句：
Is that the time? I must get up.
都这个点了？我得起床了。
spare some time 抽点时间
spare time 空闲时间
spare some time 抽点时间
spare 表示“空余的，闲置的”，spare money 是“闲钱”，spare time 就是“空闲时间”。除此之外 spare 还可以做动词，表示“抽出、腾出”，spare some time 就是“抽点时间”出来。
例句：
- Could you please spare some time? We need to talk.
- Sorry, I don't have time to spare now, but I can talk to you later.
- 你能抽点时间吗？我们得谈谈。
- 抱歉，我现在抽不出时间来，但我等会可以找你谈。
make time≠制造时间
make time
找时间，腾时间
make 是“制造”，但 make time 不是“制造时间”，而是说本来没有时间，腾点时间出来，就有时间了，相当于 find time。吉米老师每天工作很忙，没时间看书，就趁午休腾时间看一会，就可以说 make\find time to read。
例句：
You should make time to read more books.
你应该找时间多读书。
