为进一步拓宽教师交流沟通的渠道，加快青年教师的成长发展，凝聚青年教师的力量，5月21日，华美外国语学校全体行政、有关部门干事、新入职教师在工会活动室开展本学期新入职教师茶话会。
On May 21st, all the administrators, relevant department officers and new teachers of Huamei Foreign Language School held a tea party for new teachers this semester in the activity room of the trade union.
王满英校长分享了自己成长路上的宝贵经验。她表示，教师要热爱生活、热爱学校、热爱工作、热爱学生，充分利用各种平台与资源，虚心向身边的老师学艺，促进自己专业成长。不断通过教学比赛、教学成绩的提高来增强自身的能力与自信。
Principal Wang Manying shared her valuable experience in growing up.
新入职教师先后发言，他们对学校给予青年教师广阔的发展平台和培训成长机会表示了感谢，并结合各自的工作实际分享了他们在教学中调动学生学习兴趣、提高学习效率，以及促使自己专业成长的方法和经验。有的青年教师代表发言表示，感受到了自身肩负的压力和责任，要在今后的工作中认真向身边的教师学习，努力提高自身的教育教学水平，为学生的全面健康发展负责，为学校的进一步发展贡献力量、添砖加瓦。
The new teachers spoke one after another, and they expressed their gratitude to the school for giving young teachers a broad platform for development and training opportunities, and shared their methods and experiences in mobilizing students' interest in learning, improving learning efficiency and promoting their professional growth in teaching.
王满英校长立足于学校实际，对青年教师提出了四点希望：提升个人的修养，爱岗敬业；做一名业务能力过硬的教师，要善于、乐于、主动地学习；争做一名深受学生欢迎的教师，养成适合新形势的学生观，与时俱进；做一名善于反思、勤于积累的教师。
