As the sole agent of the landlord – a fund managed by ARA Asset Management, CBRE Capital Markets team successfully brokered the transaction of Beijing Tongzhou Roosevelt Plaza (BTRP) in Tongzhou District, Beijing.
CBRE凭借对通州市场的深刻理解和对项目的精准定位，使得项目在推广过程中受到了极大的关注，并最终促成ARA和领展房地产信托基金（以下简称领展）达成交易，交易总额达25.6亿元，创造了2018年北京市场最大的单一商业物业的交易，同时也创造了通州市场首个商业物业的交易，在北京的物业交易市场具有重大的引领意义。同时，该项目也即将成为领展旗下于北京的第二个代表项目。
With a deep understanding of the market and the client, CBRE has promoted the property to catch a wide attention, and finally helped ARA and Link REIT to complete the transaction. The transaction price was CNY 2.56 billion. It is the largest deal for a single retail asset in Beijing in 2018, also is the first transaction of retail property in Tongzhou. This is the second retail property acquired by Link REIT in Beijing.
