（1）be sure of / about … 对……有把握
例如：
Are you sure about it？

（2）be sure to do sth. 一定会做某事
例如：
He is sure to win the game.
他一定会赢得比赛。
（3）be sure that 从句 其中that可省略，意为“相信……”。例如：
I'm sure they will win the game.
我相信他们会赢得这场比赛。
（4）be not sure whether/if 从句，意为“不确定是否……”。例如：
I'm not sure whether they can come or not.
我不能肯定他们是否会来。
I'm not sure whether /if there are UFOs.
