Peppa Pig

Peppa Pig is a lovable but slightly bossy little pig. She is four years old and lives with Mummy Pig, Daddy Pig and her little brother George. Peppa likes playing with her best friend Suzy Sheep, visiting Granny and Grandpa Pig and looking after George. Most of all, Peppa loves jumping up and down in muddy puddles, laughing and making loud snorting noises.

George Pig

George is Peppa’s little brother. He is 18 months old and loves to play with his big sister, Peppa – even when she’s being bossy. George’s favorite thing is his toy dinosaur. He carries it everywhere with him. George can’t speak yet but can say one word very well: ‘Dine-saw!’

Mummy Pig

Mummy Pig likes jumping up and down in muddy puddles almost as much as Peppa. She works from home on her computer and sometimes lets Peppa and George help, as long as they don’t bash the keyboard. She is better at map reading than Daddy Pig and is very wise about most things.

Daddy Pig

Daddy Pig is very jolly and laughs all the time, especially when he plays with Peppa and George. Daddy Pig reads the paper and gets excited about trips in the car. He loves cookies and pumpkin pie and Peppa teases him about his big round tummy. Daddy Pig can be a tiny bit grumpy sometimes when he can’t remember where he put his glasses.

Granny Pig

Granny Pig makes delicious homemade chocolate cake and loves feeding her chickens with Peppa and George.

Grandpa Pig

Grandpa Pig is very good at growing vegetables and enjoys taking trips with Peppa and George on his sailing boat and little train.

Zoë Zebra

Zoë Zebra is Mr Zebra the Postman’s daughter. She likes to help her daddy deliver the post. Her favourite thing in the whole world is her toy monkey. The sound Zoë Zebra makes is: “Brrrrrr!” The sound Zoë’s toy monkey makes is: “Oooh Oooh Oooh!”

Suzy Sheep

Suzy Sheep is Peppa’s best friend. Suzy likes playing nurses. Her favorite card game is Snap. The sound Suzy Sheep makes is: “Baa!”

Rebecca Rabbit

Rebecca Rabbit is Peppa’s friend and Richard Rabbit’s older sister. She lives in a warren next door to Molly Mole and loves carrots – although she is sometimes embarrassed to admit it!

Pedro Pony

Pedro Pony is Peppa’s playgroup friend and son of optician Mr. Pony. Pedro is quite clumsy and can often be late. He loves pretending to be a cowboy and can play the ukulele.

Gerald Giraffe

Gerald Giraffe is one of Peppa’s friends at playgroup. He’s very tall and he is the son of Mr Giraffe who works at the zoo.

Freddie Fox

Freddie Fox is in Peppa’s playgroup. His daddy Mr Fox owns a shop. Freddy has a very good sense of smell, which makes him very good at hide and seek! When he grows up he wants to be a Policeman. The sound Freddy Fox makes is: “Yap! Yap!”

Emily Elephant

Emily Elephant is Peppa’s friend. Emily likes to play with building blocks. Her favourite game is the same as Peppa’s: jumping up and down in muddy puddles. The sound Emily Elephant makes is like a trumpet call: “Eeooooorrrhhhhhhhhhhh!”

Danny Dog

Danny Dog likes helping Granddad Dog mend cars at his garage. The game Danny likes best is football. The sound Danny Dog makes is: “Woof! Woof!”

Candy Cat

Candy Cat is very good at playing a tiger. She can creep along quietly and then… jump! When Candy is happy she purrs. The sound Candy Cat makes is: “Meow!”

Mandy Mouse

Mandy Mouse is a new friend at Peppa’s playgroup. Mandy uses a wheelchair, is super sporty and loves to play games!

Molly Mole

Molly Mole and Peppa met at playgroup and they instantly became friends. She is great at digging holes and lives deep underground in the same hill as Rebecca Rabbit.
