有的动词可以接双宾语，比如bring A to B, 但是在GMAT中经常会写成 bring to B A ,这样把直接宾语和间接宾语倒装的形式在GMAT经常出现，而这样倒装的目的通常是为了避免头重脚轻。

加粗部分是直接宾语，方框部分是间接宾语，本来先表达直接宾语再说间接宾语是比较通顺的，但是这里面由于直接宾语太长，所以要把长的放到后面去，避免头重脚轻的问题。
在GMAT当中，选项之间通常会区分在直接宾语和间接宾语倒装或者不倒装，这时候我们大家要注意倒不倒装要看有没有头重脚轻的问题（当然出题人考这点一般都是会有头重脚轻问题而倒装的）；出题者还是会利用障眼法，只把直接宾语划线，而直接宾语的修饰成分不划线，从而让我们误以为直接宾语并不长而不需要倒装。

Modifier修饰谁，谁就要放在后面。比如修饰A，那么第二种形式才是正确的。
题目：
The 151 member governments of the World Bank are expected to increase the bank's funding by $75 billion, though some United States legislators cite an obstacle to congressional passage being the concern that the bank's loans will help foreign producers compete with American businesses.
(A) an obstacle to congressional passage being the concern
(B) a concern as an obstacle to congressional passage
(C) as an obstacle to congressional passage the concern
(D) the concern, an obstacle to congressional passage,
(E) as an obstacle for Congress to pass it the concern
这里的双宾语搭配是 Cite A as B
A= the concern
B= an obstacle to congressional passage
这里看起来 A 很短 应该就用 Cite A as B 的形式，B选项没有问题啊！！！！
但是伙伴们有注意到未划线部分的that从句吗？通过句意我们可以判断出来它修饰的就是the concern的同位语从句，所以刚才的图示应该是这样的：
A = the concern that the bank's loans will help foreign producers co，mpete with American businesses 是不是比间接宾语B长很多呢！！
所以这里正确形式要用 cite as B A

Which修饰的是 script 而不是it指代的empire，所以排除….又根据主谓一致问题（这里的定语从句是倒装句，主语是alphabets，考察倒装中的主谓一致问题）和逻辑修饰问题排除….从而选择C选项
