通过对中国学术期刊计算国际他引总被引频次、国际他引影响因子、期刊影响力指数(CI)等指标，在满足“国际他引总被引频次和国际他引影响因子排名均位于前20%”的条件下，最终按CI排序遴选了TOP10%为国际影响力品牌学术期刊，即国内top期刊，包括350种科技TOP期刊和160种人文社科TOP期刊。
