一、宾语从句中需用“(should) do”虚拟语气的动词有：
1个坚持：insist
2个号令：order, command
三个提议：suggest, advise, propose
4个要求：demand, require, ask, desire
另外还有动词：agree,decide,arrange,recommend,urge宾从都是此种结构用法。
注意，这种用法的should一般不能译为：应该
He agreed that Tom and Ann should share prize.
他同意汤姆和安分享这份奖赏。
He insists that she （should） come.
他执意要她来。
I recommend (that) he should see a lawyer.
我建议他去找个律师。
I recommend you get insurance against sickness and unemployment.
我建议你办个疾病和失业保险。
The report urged that all children be taught to swim.
这份报告呼吁给所有的儿童教授游泳。
二、在以it为方式宾语的复合宾语从句中也可以用虚拟语气，其方式为“（should） do”。这个句式中使用的形容词（宾补）和主语从句中的虚拟语气所使用的形容词一样。例如：
We think it advisable that he (should) think deeply before acting.
我们认为他在行动前仔细考虑是明智的。
It is strongly recommended that the machines should be checked every year.
建议每年一定把机器检修一次。
三、 这些词在表语（或者同位语）从句中
在表明号令、提议、奉劝等含意的专有名词后面的表语（或者同位语）从句中，谓语动词须用“（should） do”的方式。这些专有名词包含advice（告诫）， decision（决定）， demand（要求）， desire（期盼）， idea（思想）， proposal（提案）， recommendation（推介）， requirement（要求）， suggestion（提议），resolution(决议)等。例如：
I make a proposal that we(should) hold a meeting next week.
我提议我们下周开会。
My advice is that he give up smoking.
我的建议是他把烟戒了。
The resolution that women be allowed to join the society was carried.
容许妇女加入协会的决议已经执行力。
