用来连接两个并列成分，当连接并列主语时，谓语动词与邻近的主语保持一致。
Either she or I am right. = Either I or she is right.（连接两个主语）
不是她对就是我对。
Neither you nor I am wrong . 你和我都没错。（连接两个主语）
Either you or I am to go. 你或我必须有人去。（连接两个主语）
We can eat either cakes or bread for breakfast. 早餐时我们不是吃蛋糕就是吃面包。（连接两个宾语）
