10月17日,小红书在其微信公号发文就网友关于“滤镜景点”的吐槽发表声明并道歉,承认部分用户存在过度美化笔记的情况,今后将尝试推出景区评分榜、踩坑榜等产品,便于用户获取更多元的信息。

On Monday, Xiaohongshu, a lifestyle platform, apologized on its official WeChat account for posting over-retouched scenic spot pictures that made them look more attractive than they are.

The app, also known as RED, allows users and influencers to post and share product reviews, travel blogs and lifestyle stories via short videos and photos.

此前有媒体表示,网友看到小红书上推荐的“拍照圣地”,精致的画面、舒适的光影、惬意的表情……自己兴冲冲跑到现场一看:“就这??”

网友@哈德曼的秘封女高中生发微博吐槽:“小红书真的害人”。这条微博的前两张配图是小红书用户热情分享三亚的风景,照片中的画面静谧又浪漫,配以“电影感”、“免费”、“小众”等文字。

该网友到了实地后发现这处风景破败不堪,小房子门前杂草丛生,门也都掉在地上了……

号称《楚门世界》同款的天空之城,更是吸引了很多慕名而来的人,大家都想近距离目睹天空的风采。然而期望越大,失望就越大,现场中不过就摆着一个长梯,大概一两米高,照片中伸手就能碰到天的场景根本就不存在,全靠摄影角度和滤镜,“照骗”实锤了。

网友追着小红书“打卡”的遭遇在网络上引发共鸣,不少网友表示自己有类似的“被骗”经历。

Some angry users put "before" and "after" photos of scenic spots on social media platform Weibo that dramatically show the difference between real life and what's posted on Xiaohongshu.

The photos show the spots as movie-like, exquisite and romantic. But in reality, they have dilapidated walls and overgrown lawns.

对此小红书表示,部分用户在分享过程中的确存在过度美化笔记的情况。比如最近大家看到的案例,大部分都属于旅拍美图,但由于分享者没有明确标明是摄影作品,被作为旅行指南使用,而观看者实地探访后出现较大落差,产生了被欺骗的感受。

"We sincerely apologize to our registered users who have been deceived by the doctored photos," Xiaohongshu said in its statement in response to the overwhelming online complaints.

Xiaohongshu said some of its users over-altered the images, misleading others to consider them as travel guides. The fashion app also admitted there are problems in content promoting and reviewing on the platform.

小红书同时承认产品机制设置有问题,应当通过更好的产品机制充分展示给用户,为大家的决策提供更多元的信息。

小红书表示,已经启动了一系列运营活动,鼓励小红书发布者做有用而非美化的分享;在大家搜索某个景点的时候,也会提供更丰富的搜索联想词,对“避坑”等内容作更多展示;还会尝试推出景区评分榜、踩坑榜之类的产品,便于大家获取更多元的信息。

Xiaohongshu said that it has launched a series of campaigns to encourage the users to share useful photos, and it's going to promote scenic spot ranking lists along with places-to-avoid lists to make sure users can get more diversified information.
