第一式 起势

Beginning Form


1、两脚并步站立,两臂自然下垂于身体两侧,掌心向内,上体中正,目视前方。

Let the two feet stand apart and parallel with each other.Drop the two arms naturally to the sides of the body with the palm facing inside.Straighten the upper body, looking straight ahead.

2、接着上面的动作,屈膝松胯,周身放松,气沉丹田...左脚向左开步,与肩宽,脚尖向前,目视前方

Following the previous posture, bend the knees and realx the hips,realx the whole body,sink the vital energy to the lower abdomen... Lift the left foot step to the left ,shoulder width apart, the tiptoes pointing to the front, looking straight ahead.

3、接着上面的动作,双手慢慢抬起,与肩高,掌心向下。眼睛目视前方。

Following the previous posture, hands up slowly to shoulder level , palms down.looking straight ahead.

4、接着上面的动作,双手下按至两胯前,立身中正,掌心向下,眼睛平视。

Following the previous posture. Press hands down to the front of your hips.Palms down.looking straight ahead.
