近年来，景宁县深入实施“三县并举”发展战略，以“四个新区”为抓手，大力推进“中国畲乡•小县名城”建设，致力于把县城打造成5A级景区，着力把发展旅游业作为“转方式、调结构”的突破口，加大资金投入，强化基础设施建设，积极创建畲族特色生态休闲养生养老福地，初步构建起全域化景区发展新格局。畲乡绿道正是新景区建设中的典型工程、生态工程，也是老百姓的幸福工程、民心工程，它的建成有效丰富畲乡群众的休闲生活方式，进一步提升景宁生态养生养老福地影响力。

Shezu Village Greenway is not only the typical and ecological projectin the new resort under construction, but also the happiness and popular project for the general public.Its construction will effectivelyenrich the leisure lifestyle of masses in Shezu Village, and further enhance the influence of Jingning as the resort of ecological health care and elderly care.
畲乡绿道依托千峡湖库尾瓯江支流小溪沿线现有的山水人文资源，建设一条集生态旅游、文化体验、休闲健身为一体的生态长廊。它的建设有效串联起景宁县城、凤凰古镇、大均畲乡之窗4A景区等区块，使其成为一个有机的整体，是景宁生活旅游、休闲养生系统重要的组成部分。对现有资源的提升改造使沿途景观和得天独厚的山水生态资源完美统一，带给广大市民和游客淳朴的乡土自然之美，无论是步行还是骑行都有最好的视觉和身心体验。沿途配套建设休憩驿站、生态景观节点、亲水平台等更为游客提供一个亲近自然、亲水戏水的极佳场所。
By relying on the existing landscape and cultural resources along the creeks and streams of Oujiang River at the tail of Qianxia Lake Reservoir, Shezu Village Greenway will be built into the ecological corridor integrated with eco-tourism, cultural experiences, leisure and fitness. Its construction will effectively connect the blocks of Jingning County, Phoenix Town, DajunShezu Village Window 4A scenic spots etc., making it an organic whole, and being an important part of living and tourism inJingning as well as the leisure and health care systems. Thanks to the improvement and transformation of existing resources, the roadside landscape and the unique landscape ecological resources can be perfectly united to bring the simple and natural beauty of local style to the general public and tourists, so that they can always benefit from the best visual and physical experience whether on foot or riding. The supporting facilities will be constructed along the road side, which includereststations, ecological landscape nodes, waterside platform etc., offeringtourists with an excellent place close to nature and favorable for playing with water.
畲乡绿道项目于2014年1月启动前期工作，2014年6月份正式开工建设，2015年10月21日举行揭牌仪式并全线开放通行。在建设过程中县委县政府高度重视绿道建设的生态与自然，在规划设计之初便提出绿道建设要尊重原有地形地貌，以自然山水为背景，与生态环境相融合，突出绿色和主题。2015年12月10日，以畲乡绿道为代表的景宁畲族自治县畲乡绿廊水利风景区获水利部授牌，成功申报国家水利风景区。
The preliminary work for Project of Shezu Village Greenway was launched in January 2014, and the construction was officially launched in June 2014. The opening ceremony was held on October 21, 2015and opened for traffic. In the construction process, the County Party Committee and County Government attached great importance to the ecological and natural perspective of greenway construction. At the beginning of planning and design, it was proposed that the Greenway construction should respect the existing topography, in which the natural landscape should be set as the background for the integration of the ecological environment and highlighting of greenness and themes.On December 10, 2015, Jingning She Autonomous County Shezu Village Green Corridor Water Conservancy Scenic Area represented byShezu Village Greenway was awarded by MWR (Ministry of Water Resources), and was successfully declared as the National Water Scenic Area.
