知识纵深：与小数连用时名词的数：整数是零时，名词用单数形式，其他情况名词用复数形式。例如：0.26 metre →zero point two six metre ； 1.27 metres →one point two seven metres
第二、百分数用percent /per cent 表示，百分数可以用阿拉伯数字加百分号表示，也可以用单词拼出，无论读或写，均由基数词加percent 或per cent 构成。例如：5％→5 per cent /percent 或者five per cent /percent (缩写：5PC ) 读作：five percent ； 21％→21per cent (缩写：21PC ) 读作：twenty -one percent ； 0.34%→zero point three four percent ； 100%→one hundred percent ；340%→three hundred and forty percent
知识纵深：
1、分数、百分数本身不能决定谓语动词的单复数形式，要看它们所修饰的人或物。并且要在人或物间加of 。
例如：(1)Eight percent of the students are absent. 百分之八的学生缺席。
(2)Fifty percent of her money was spent on clothes. 她50%的钱都花在衣服上。
2、当表示人口的几分之几或百分之几作主语时，谓语动词常用复数形式。例如：The population in China is very large, and eighty percent of it are farmers. 中国人口众多。其中农民占80%。
