没错，发起人就是现任美国总统特朗普的女儿伊万卡。
她在自己的INS上的标题为一则“中国谚语”——Those who say it can not be done, should not interrupt those doing it.引起了人们的无限遐想。

这句话到底谁说的？
一个名叫 Quote Investigator 的网站对此做了研究。
这句话第一次出现在媒体上可以追朔到 1903 年，当时的版本是这样的：
Things move along so rapidly nowadays that people saying: "It can't be done," are always being interrupted by somebody doing it.
此后的 60 年间，这句话多次出现，只是句式略有变化。一直到了1962年，终于有人把这句话归到了孔老夫子名下。
Confucius say: Man whosay it cannot be done, should not interrupt man doing it... How's that for a good adult education motto? Aren't there several times that motto can be used?
划个重点：“子曰”（Confucius say: Man who...） 这样的句式常常被老外用来开玩笑，但其实这些话和孔子根本毫无关系。（This format has often been used for jokes and witticisms unconnected to the genuine sayings of Confucius. ）
