刚开始都是指
喝酒喝多了以后
引起的头晕、头疼等症状
但是你可千万别直接翻译成
up head
英文中有一个非常神似的表达就是
go to sb's head
去到某人的头那儿了
也很形象了
在这里就像是
酒精都冲到人的头里去了
If alcohol goes to your head, it makes you feel slightly drunk.
（酒）上头，使人醉
例：
Champagne always goes straight to my head.
香槟总是把我弄得头昏脑胀。
而到现在上头已经成了一个网络词语，
指一时冲动、失去理智。
