oil 什么时候可数？
根据我们小学所学的知识，oil 是一种液体，一般情况下应该是不可数的。
确实，oil 表“石油”、“原油”或“燃油”时是不可数名词。如：
Put some oil in the car.
给汽车加点润滑油。
但是表“食用油”或“化妆/药用油”时，oil 兼有可数和不可数的用法。此时 oil 一般不可数，但强调种类时可数。如:
olive oil 橄榄油
an essential oil 精油
Fish oils are supposed to help relieve arthritis.
据说鱼油有助于缓解关节炎的症状。
oils 在表示“油画颜料”时恒用复数，等于 oil colors 或者 oil paints。如：
