一现在进行时
1．构成：
am/is/are doing
2、基本结构
（1）肯定句：
主语 be(am, is, are) 现在分词 ……
例如：
I am speaking with him on the phone. 我正和他通电话。
He is playing tennis. 他正在打网球。
My parents are dancing. 我父母正在跳舞。
（2）否定句：
主语 be not 现在分词 ……
例如：
I'm not studying. 我没在学习。
She is not reading now. 现在她不是在看书。
They are not writing. 他们没在写。
（3）一般疑问句：
Be动词 主语 现在分词 ……？
例如：
①- Is she still helping Li Ling?
她还在帮助李玲吗？
②- Are you listening to music?
你正在听音乐吗？
（4）特殊疑问句：
特殊疑问词 be动词 主语 现在分词 ……？
例如：
- What are you studying?
你正在学什么？
- What is Mike doing?
迈克在做什么？
3．含义：
说话时候正在发生的动作
4. 标志词：
Now, Look! Listen! at the/this time/moment
5. 特殊用法
①地点转移动词用 be doing 表说话时即将发生的动作。
I am coming to see you.
我马上来看你。
②be always doing 表强烈的感情色彩。
He is always talking in the class.
他总是在课上讲话！（生气的感情）

过去进行时
1. 含义：
过去精确时间发生的动作
2. 构成
（1）肯定句——was/were doing
例句：
I was cooking at 7 last night.
昨天晚上7点我在做饭。
I was watching TV when you called me last night.
昨晚你给我打电话的时候，我正在看电视。
（2）否定句——was/were doing
在be动词后加not
（3）疑问句——Was/Were sb/ doing
将be动词提到句首
例句：
Were you cooking at 7 last night?
昨天晚上7点，你在做饭吗?
Were you watching TV when I called you last night?
昨晚我给你打电话的时候，你正在看电视吗?
3. 标志词
at eight yesterday
yesterday morning
at this time yesterday
4. 时间状语从句中的过去进行时
①有两个动作发生在过去，动作一长一短，长的动作用过去进行时，短的动作用一般过去时。
She was sleeping when the thief came in.
②when 和 while
She was sleeping when the thief came in. √
The thief came in when she was sleeping. √
The thief came in while she was sleeping. √
She was sleeping while the thief came in. ×
注意：
when 引导的从句不限时态
while 引导的从句只用于进行时
