英文中很多有“念数字”的场景，这是一个英文口语的基本功。
很多同学处理不好，或者处理得不够不地道。这倒不是发音的问题，而是对数字读法规则不了解。今天小编制作这篇文章，就是希望大家碰到类似的场景不要犯错。
1.日期的念法：
英语中，我们可以把“日”放在“月”的前面，也可以把“月”放在“日”的前面，比如：
“9月2日”
你既可以念成“The second of September”，又可以念成“September the second”
另外请注意，念日期的时候，“日”须使用序数词，比如：
The first, the second, the third, the fourth, the fifth, the twenty-second, the thirty-first...
2.年份的念法
1) 2000年以下的年份
老外通常把四位的数字两个两个念。比如：
1984，念成：nineteen eighty-four
1865，念成：eighteen sixty-five
1999，念成：nineteen ninety-nine
2) 2001年到2010年之间的年份
一般处理为：two thousand and…。比如：
2001，念成：two thousand and one
2006，念成：two thousand and six
3) 2010年及以上的年份
有两种通行念法：比如2016年，既可以念成：two thousand and sixteen，又可以念成：twenty sixteen
3. 纯数字的念法
1) 0到99
这个简单，幼儿园就学全了，zero, one, two, three…ninety-nine
2) 3位数的念法
通常首位数字单独念，后面两位一起念
比如：
592，念成：five ninty-two
360，念成：three sixty
3) 4位数的念法
两个为一组，一组一组念，比如：
4321，念成：forty three twenty one
9063，念成：ninety sixty three
5308，念成：fifty three o eight（注意，0单独出现的时候可以念成“o”）
4) 更大数字的念法
把数字分成以“hundreds”和“thousands”为单位的小组来念，比如：
300,000，念成：three hundred thousand
365,894，念成：three hundred and sixty five thousand and eight hundred ninety four（*如果个位、十位和百位都有数字的话，请用and）
4. 分数、比例、和百分比的念法：
1) 分数
1/2 二分之一，念成：one half
1/3 三分之一，念成：one third
1/4 四分之一，念成：one quarter
1/5 五分之一，念成：one fifth
1/6 六分之一，念成：one sixth
3/5 五分之三，念成：three fifths（*注意分子大于1，分母加s）
2) 百分比
20% 百分之二十，念成：twenty percent
2.8% 百分之二点八，念成：two point eight percent
0.5% 百分之零点五，念成：zero point five percent
3) 比例
2:1 二比一，念成：two to one
3:5 三比五，念成：three to five
5. 手机号的念法
比如：13678818476
当然，可以根据顺序一个个数字念出来：one three six seven eight eight one eight four seven six，但这样会显得啰嗦且没有效率，老外都会分组来念，或者按照1-2-2-2-2-2来分组，或按照2-2-2-2-2-1来分组，比如用第一种，这串数字可以念成：one thirty six seventy eight eighty one eighty four seventy six。
如果碰到相同的两位数，要使用double，比如“00”念成“double o”；若碰到相同的三位数，念成“triple”，如777，念成“triple seven”；如果数字末尾出现三个零，可以按照“千”（thousand）来发音。
比如：18825997000，可以念成：one eighty eight twenty five double nine seven thousand
6. 加减乘除的英文读法
加号“ ”，念成：plus
减号“-”，念成：minus
乘号“x”，念成：multiplied by…或者times
除号“/”，念成：divided by…
等号“=”，念成：equals或者makes
1 1 = 2，念成：one plus one equals (makes) two
2-1=1，念成：two minus one equals (makes) one
3 x 4 = 12，念成：three times (multiplied by) four equals twelve
10 / 5 = 2，念成：ten divided by five equals two
